The most important day of her life had come. White flowers decorated the place. The dress had been especially chosen. The guests took their places. He had long been waiting for her. She was the last to arrive.
Approaching to him she said:

It allows us to look at a familiar situation (a marriage) in a new light: it’s said ‘till death do us part’, but we don’t understand it literally. The ending is surprising.

I love it. The end makes me want to reread it again. It makes me feel what a true bride feels when she sees to her future husband at the altar and thinks that her dream comes true.

I love your story and I enjoyed reading it. I had to read the story several times and made me laugh because when looking at the title again I understood.
ReplyDeleteHello & congratulations for your prize!
ReplyDeleteI agree with my classmates in their comments!
I feel that you have chosen a suitable title, you have presented a tragic imagery very powerful but the most interesting issue is the love feeling that your words convey.
Lovely story.Thanks and regards!

Luci, Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteI'm out of words,
Do not expect that the end is that, well I think that is the end.
I think a story with a surprise ending, leaves you with the feeling of not knowing if at a wedding or a funeral.
I liked it
This story it's ok!, have a open ending because you can imagine different situation about this couple.
